How the trust score is calculated

Trust score = 40% satisfaction + 30% trust + 15% complaints dealt with + 15% normalised NPS, out of 100. When no complaint was filed, the other weights are rescaled. An operator is only rated with at least 30 respondents; the 95% confidence interval accounts for the spread of individual answers and the uncertainty of the complaint resolution rate.

Operators rated from 30 respondents. Aggregate data from completed participations, excluding tests and answers removed by quality control. Non-probability sample: gaps of a few points are not significant.
