Methodology

Users of essential services aged 18 and over living in Burkina Faso. Online questionnaire shared by Consom'Action (website, social media, WhatsApp) and panel; non-probability sample. Connected and urban users are over-represented; scores of operators with fewer than 30 respondents are not published.
