The consomaction.bf website is published by the Consom'Action association, a consumer protection association governed by Law No. 064-2015/CNT on freedom of association in Burkina Faso.

Head office: Ouagadougou, sector 15. Declaration receipt: number to be completed. Publication director: the president of the association.

Hosting

The site is hosted on a virtual private server administered on behalf of the association. The host's details will be specified when the site goes live.

Intellectual property

The texts, logos (Consom'Action, Consomètre) and visuals are the property of the association. Results published on Consomètre may be freely quoted with the credit “Source: Consomètre, Consom'Action” and a link to the results page.

Liability

The information published is carefully checked. Survey results are accompanied by their methodology and limitations; they do not claim to represent the whole population unless stated otherwise.
